Why Donald Trump Became President

Barack Obama won’t want to read this. It’s ok, because I don’t think he reads it anyway, but he won’t be happy with the truth. The truth of the matter is, HE is the reason Donald Trump became President. Barack Obama has no one to blame but himself for this. Here’s why.

First of all, he had countless lies to the American public. We’re still learning of them day by day. I could start with “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor”, and go from there to “Obamacare will save the average American household $2,500 a year”, and segue into “If the Iran Nuclear Deal is a bad deal, we’ll walk away”. Of course, there were the myriad of scandals as well. We’re talking probably a good dozen or so dealing with Hillary Clinton when she was Secretary of State. Of course, we have the politicalization of the Department of Justice under Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch. Holder was the first Attorney General in history to be slapped with a charge of being in Contempt of Congress. And we all remember Loretta Lynch’s ill-fated meeting with Bill Clinton in Phoenix on the tarmac of Sky Harbor Airport right?

Then there’s Benghazi, and the cover-up that followed. I’m still looking and searching for that nasty video which was the cause of that one!

We can delve into the economy as well. The slowest recovery in our nation’s history from any recession. And you can’t blame an eight year, zero-growth recovery on George W. Bush. We don’t buy that one.

Lately, Bobo has been out on the campaign trail telling the world the Donald was not the cause, but the symptom of what’s wrong in America. And he’s right. It was eight years of a failed presidency, with failed policies and failed and flawed agreements with other countries, starting with an apology tour and ending with the Iranian Nuclear Deal that guaranteed the Peacock Nation would get The Bomb. It just goes on and on as to why this guy was the worst President in history.

Now, to be fair, I will give him credit for one thing he got right. He did away with pre-existing conditions…as long as you were in Obamacare. If you didn’t go through his health exchange (which is one company out here) you weren’t protected. What they should have done was make pre-existing conditions illegal for ALL insurance companies, not just those in the exchange…but I realize about whom we are talking and understand why.

And you wonder why America chose a non-politician to be President? You wonder why on Earth, when faced with the choice of someone with a checkered past like Trump, and someone with a criminal past like Clinton that America would go with the lesser of two evils?

And you wonder what would have happened had Hillary actually been elected. Would the stock market have gone to the moon? Would the economy be growing at over a 4% rate? Would there continue to be well over 200,000 good-paying (not part-time) jobs being created month after month? And how in the world would the Supreme Court look with two more Elena Kagen’s sitting there? I shudder to think 19 months into her Presidency, how many scandals would have erupted in a Hillary Clinton administration!

No, Barack, you brought this on yourself. You failed as America’s First Black President, which is sad. I had really wanted you to succeed because there are going to be people out there that attribute your failure to your race, and not your political naivety, and incompetence. That’s too bad. I can think of a dozen other African Americans who would have done a much better job. It’s too bad you had to be the first.

Carry on world…you’re dismissed!
