Arrest John Kerry NOW!

John Kerry has always bucked the system. He did it as a Swift Boat Captain back in the Vietnam War. He did it throwing his war medals across the White House fence to protest the war once he got home. He did it as a Senator, and he did it as a presidential candidate and as the Secretary of State. Now, he’s doing it again. Only this time, it’s treasonous.

Yes…John Kerry has committed treason, and needs to be arrested and charged for the act.

Just so we are clear…here is the legal definition of treason:

Under Article III, Section 3, of the Constitution, any person who levies war against the   United States or adheres to itsenemies by giving them Aid and Comfort has committed treason within the meaning of the Constitution. The term aid andcomfort refers to any act that manifests a betrayal of allegiance to the United States, such as furnishing enemies with arms,troops, transportation, shelter, or classified information. If a subversive act has any tendency to weaken the power of theUnited States to attack or resist its enemies, aid and comfort has been given.

Now, that’s the definition. Kerry as you may or may not be aware, has visited with uppity ups in the Iranian government and told them to “wait out the Trump administration” and then the Democrats will be back in power and will re-institute the extremely ill-conceived Obama era policy of the Iran Nuclear Arms Deal that would eventually give nukes to the Iranians. Is that treason?

Well, that would mean that Kerry, by his statement has given aid and comfort to the enemy. The first question would be, is Iran an enemy of the United States? I think the obvious answer would be yes. If we don’t view them as an enemy, they certainly view us as one. Second, has Kerry given “aid and comfort” to the Iranians?  As defined, it refers to any act that manifests a betrayal of allegiance to the United States….If a subversive act has any tendency to weaken the power of the United States to attack or resist its enemies, aid and comfort have been given. I would say that while classified information hasn’t been given, certainly information that weakens the power of the United States to resist it’s enemies has.

Therefore, John Kerry should be arrested, charged with Treason and thrown in jail for the rest of his life (sorry…I’m not a fan of the death penalty…and it would be MUCH more fun to watch this idiot snowflake rot away in a 6×6 foot cell for the rest of his life and only dream of wind-surfing!).

Pure and simple, that’s it. At the very least, it would throw a HUGE scare into Kerry to realize that his overblown liberal lifestyle of the rich and famous could be taken away from him…especially if it actually was!

That would teach ’em!!

Carry on world…you’re dismissed!

  1. Well, as a Vietnam Era Vet I’m certainly no fan of John Kerry (he should have married Jane Fonda instead of Teresa Heinz!). And I didn’t like all those Winter Soldier anti-war testimonies he gave to congress. I’m glad he threw his medals away, he didn’t deserve to keep them! And I didn’t like his tax evasion by docking his 7 million dollar, 76 foot, luxury yacht in Rhode Island instead of his home state of Massachusetts thereby avoiding $437,500 in sales tax and $70,000 in annual excise tax.

Now…I’m no scholar on constitutional law, but I have been disappointed on how easy it has been to cry “treason” for every little issue that people disagree with. President Trump was falsely accused of treason after he was falsely accused of collusion, which by the way is not considered a crime! And how come nobody cried “treason” when Obama whispered to Dmitry Medvedev on an open mic, that he would have “more flexibility” after the election?

As far as Kerry and treason goes; I hate what he did but I don’t believe it was treason because I don’t believe that Kerry’s actions amounted to levying war against the United States. As I understand it, levying war requires some sort of actual use of force in an attempt to overthrow the government. I don’t see any actual force, all I see are words!?!? And anybody who takes the word of a politician….need I say anything more?

Now… if it’s actual force you’re looking for to overthrow a government, look no farther than the upper echelon of the FBI, DOJ and CIA? These agencies actually forced false information into the FISA courts, the media and out to the general public in an effort to overthrow a duly elected President while at the same time giving Hillary a free ride. This is nothing less than a coup d’état, and I dread to think how the members of those agencies would be treated if we were talking about North Korea!

    1. First of all, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your sacrifice and your service to this country. That above all else! Now, as far as why Obama didn’t commit treason on that open mic incident? He was the president. He could have that discussion because he is the head of state. As far as Kerry goes, his actions don’t have to amount to levying war, and no…it doesn’t require actual use of force. The Rosenburgs were found guilty of treason and all they did was leak nuclear secrets to the Russians. There was no actual use of force in that case, and I don’t believe they were found to want to overthrow the government. What the “aiding and abetting the enemy” clause says is that they have to provide classified information or other material that would harm the offense or defense of the United States. Kerry clearly did that!

      1. Thank You, it was my honor to serve.
Good point about Obama being President at the time of his open mic comment.
I do believe that the Rosenberg’s were convicted of espionage not treason!

Hey, as a side note relating to Kavanaugh; I was thinking that maybe I’ll just start writing a bunch of anonymous letters to various members of congress accusing other congressman of committing such-and-such in the ladies locker-room back in 1979! Maybe if I swamp them with a bunch of anonymous accusations involving several members of congress they’re get the hint that anybody can write an anonymous accusation about anything but that doesn’t mean it’s true! Maybe Cory Booker used drugs with Marian Barry? I heard Kamala Harris had an affair with Governor Jerry Brown! Nancy Pelosi has a secret graveyard on her vineyard property filled with dead illegal aliens she abused as laborers!

Gee, I’m kidding of course, but I think you can see my point!

Wasn’t it Harry Reid that made the unsubstantiated anonymous claim that Mitt Romney may not have paid all his taxes? That sent the media into a whirlwind and put another nail in Mitt’s coffin.

Better yet, maybe I’ll send these letters to MSNBC! Joe and Mica! LOL!

  2. Well Cactus, I think you should be arrested for masking as a paralegal, but then that is not a crime, but should be.

Tom’s comment is correct that treason can only be a crime during a war when there is in fact a declaration of war by Congress. If we followed your twisted logic, Ronald Reagan should have been impeached and removed from office and then tries and convicted of treason for selling missles to the Iranian government during the mid 80’s. Something I really wanted then.

the Rosenberg were convicted of conspiracy to commit espionage for the atomic secrets given to the Russians.

Obviously fact checking is not one of your strong points

    Have fun storming the castle.

The barbed wire is slowly tightening around the prez’s scrotum. Drip, drip, drip.

    1. I’m amazed that someone that “claims” to parade around as a quasi-unlicensed-impractical attorney can get something so wrong. Go look up the definition of treason. It CAN have to do with times of war, but it doesn’t have to. I would have figured even someone who couldn’t pass the LSAT, such as yourself could have figured that one out! Have fun living in the 60’s and “resisting” reality!

  3. Go look up case law and memorandums of law on this. You still got the Rosenberg thing wrong. Why wasn’t Reagan prosecuted under your theory? Inquiring minds want to know.

The LSAT is not pass/fail and I scored higher than my two friends who are attorneys. It came to I was the wrong color and/or wrong sex. In retrospect, not going to law school turned out for the best as I had a very rewarding career. BTW, over the years the VP that hired me, some of my Home Office underwriters and the attorneys in our claim department said I should go to law school as the Company would pay for it I declined as it would be a sizable time commitment in addition to my job. I am happy the way things turned out.

Drip, drip, drip. For the Constitution and country!

Sorry I forgot Tom, thanks for your service, I am one of the people your parents warned you about..

    1. Yeah…and I get very tired of crybaby liberals who can’t face reality in the fact that Queen Hillary had her ass handed to her. Resist? No…grow up, be a man, and face the fact you guys lost. Conservatives had to sit through eight years of BS when Bobo was president. Yes, I disagreed with him, but I NEVER was as childish and as immature as the liberal snowflakes are today. You guys need a lesson in manners first of all, and in overall deportment. Give me a friggin’ break.
