Clinton’s Hit With Tax Evasion Charges

In a move that I can only call stunning, Bill and Hillary Clinton’s “Clinton Foundation” has been hit with tax evasion charges. But wait, as Ron Popeil would say…there’s more!

According to “Just The News”, federal tax court judge, David Gustafson actually denied a request from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to DISMISS charges against the Clinton’s for tax evasion. Yeah, your eyes aren’t deceiving you. The organization famous for going after you and pulling your teeth out of your head if you don’t pay every penny owed, actually went to this tax judge and said they wanted to dismiss the charge of tax evasion. Thank God the judge had the sense to say NO!

So why in the world would the IRS want to dismiss charges that could give them some $2.5 BILLION in additional taxes? Well, according to the dismissal notice, the IRS said that two whistleblowers had filed a complaint with their “complaint bureau”. It was sent to the “criminal investigation” office, who replied that the complaint was null and void because the case had been closed. Obviously, the judge decided to reopen it!

The two whistleblowers, John Moynihan and Larry Doyle have experience in both government and accounting. They went through Clinton Foundation tax records, and interviewed former employees of the Foundation. What they found was that about 60% of the Clinton Foundation’s donations went to such things as paying for travel and salaries. Normally with foundations of this sort, that number is about 15%. So, as a matter of judicial record, this court case will, indeed, proceed.

Now, you’re probably asking yourself the same question that I’m asking. Why? Why would the IRS decide to try and dismiss a case that could reap $2.5 billion for the federal government in unpaid taxes? Why wouldn’t they want to go after a Foundation that apparently has been so egregious in it’s spending as to line the pockets of those in charge, and pay for their travel around the world? Is there anyone else out there that is getting the aroma of rotting fish in this one?

I’ve always said, and mentioned it several times in the blog that the wheels of justice grind slowly, but very fine. And it appears that whomever has been behind the rise of Bill and Hillary Clinton since they graduated college has tried once again to pull a fast one here and save them one more time. Personally, I hope they get what’s coming to them, but if I were Judge Gustafson, I’d have someone else start my car for a good long while!
