Tired Of The Lies!

Our country is in a quandary. We have “advanced” to the point where we are so far beyond where the Founding Fathers ever thought we’d end up, that we are off any page of any book by now. And there is one problem that is exacerbating the whole situation more than any other.

Lies.

When you look at it, the government has been lying to the American people for a very long period of time. I’m not talking just Democrats here, I’m talking the whole government. And the issues that we’ve been lied to about, are numerous. It’s not just one thing. There are a myriad of topics that government “spins” to give us their best view.

When you look at polls, I was amazed to believe that 61% of all Americans believe that government agents helped provoke the January 6th riots at the Capitol. And what that means is basically that most Americans feel that there were elements of the government that were undercover agents that spawned the riot at the Capitol building. The question is why? Were they Trump supporters that were upset over the election results? Were they leftists trying to get something to pin on Trump as he was ready to leave office? No one knows at this point.

Look at the lies Joe Biden has told us. My Lord, if you just take the lies that the guy has told over the last three years since he was running for president, about his own personal life, it’s staggering. Look at the lies that came out of Adam Schiff’s House Intelligence Committee as they discussed behind closed doors impeaching Donald Trump a second time because of the Capitol riots. And what about the former Obama administration officials that lied to the American people saying they had proof that Donald Trump was a “Russian agent”, when they totally changed their tune in testifying before Congress on the subject.

Look at the lies we hear about in the media. How many stories has the three major cable news networks fabricated to get their ideology across, just in the last 10 years? You know, when our country was founded, the media was supposed to be the check on government. They were to be the spotlight that showed where the roaches were, so we could fumigate the place. That’s tough to do when they are lying to you and making up news stories that just aren’t true. Think about the journalists at the New York Times, and Washington Post, as well as CNN and MSNBC that have been fired for lying. I can count ten very easily, and they span Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC. The names are as household as IBM, Microsoft, and McDonalds. And these are the spotlights of truth?

You know, my mother always told me that she could tell when I was lying as a child because I had a white ring around my mouth. I don’t know where she came up with that, but it worked. I realized at a very young age that lying was difficult. It fought the truth, which always seemed to come out. You ended up not just lying once, but you ended up spinning a whole web of deceit to cover the one lie you told. I’ve seen it happen thousands of times. And it’s usually not the first lie that catches the liar, it’s the subsequent mis-truths.

I’ve often said that the breakdown of the family, and the loss of religion in our society has been the root cause of the decline of America, and I still believe that. But one of the large by-products of that are the lies being told. How many times did Nancy Pelosi tell lies about bills that were being debated and passed in the House of Representatives? How many times did she lie about what happened to her husband, Paul, when he got beat up in his own home? Or how many lies were told about his car crash and subsequent DUI? The truth always comes out, and when it does, it’s always worse than if someone had told the truth.

I’m just tired of the lies we are hearing from a government that is supposed to serve and protect us. I can’t count on anyone in government to give me the truth. Hell, they can’t give each other the truth. Did COVID come from a lab in Wuhan or a wet market because of bats? They say they don’t have consensus because they don’t want the truth to be known. The question you have to ask is, why are you covering this up? What is it that you really don’t want us to know? And what will be our reaction up the road when we find out the truth to all of this? Will we accept it because they’re all just politicians? Or will we hold them accountable for their lies. It’s sickening.

Should Santos Resign?

In case you’ve been busy doing what most people do over the holidays, and you missed the “big Republican scandal that didn’t involve Donald Trump”, George Santos (R-NY) a newly elected Congressman from the 3rd Congressional District in New York, was tagged by the New York Times after the election for having fudged his biography a bit. Well, OK, more than a bit.

He lied like Obama.

Santos told quite a few whoppers. He said he was a “proud American Jews”. He is actually Catholic. He does though, have a Jewish heritage of a sort because his grandfather was Jewish. He said he went to Baruch College in New York. He didn’t. And he said he worked with top financial firms like Citigroup and Goldman Sachs. Actually, he worked with companies that did work for those two firms. He’s admitted to fabricating this in an interview last week.

His opponent in the election, Robert Zimmerman said he should resign and there should be a new election. Santos says that he’s a good guy, he’s never robbed people or committed a crime, and all he’s guilty of is stretching the truth a little bit on his CV.

There are a couple of folks in the House that says they will ask the House to expel him if he doesn’t resign. I really don’t see that happening with Republicans taking over the House the same day Santos will be sworn in. The Republican Jewish Coalition says that Santos is not welcome at any of their future events…but other than a couple of Democrats in the House, and his Democrat opponent, no one else has really called on him to resign…yet.

OK, so we have a freshman Congressman that lied. If we got rid of everybody in Washington DC that was a liar, we wouldn’t have anybody in Congress and the White House (and the Naval Observatory) would be empty. Do I approve of his actions? Of course not. I believe you tell the truth, even if it hurts. But resign? A step too far in my book. All Santos has done was guarantee he is going to be a one-term member of the House. I doubt he’d win reelection after that. Though, I could be wrong!

There have been several House members who have done far worse. Look at AOC. How many jobs did she cost her district when she told Amazon that she didn’t want them to relocate to New York City because of the way they treat their workers? How many folks in Congress have been guilty of having affairs throughout the years (including the sitting president when he was a Senator)? And the last person I can recall that resigned from the Capitol for having affairs or being sexually explicit when they shouldn’t have been, was Al Franken. He resigned exactly five years ago today. Go back another 6 1/2 years and you’ve got Anthony Weiner leaving the House for his sexting escapades.

My big question though is to the New York Times. Why on earth did you wait until AFTER Santos got elected before you came out with the story? Are you telling me you didn’t vet the candidate while he was running either in the primary or in the general election? Are you that short staffed that you had to wait until six weeks after the election before you came out with the story? That doesn’t seem like something the leading news source in the country would do, does it?

The bigger question is why now? Was it to try and make a razor thin Republican majority in the House even smaller? I’m not sure that makes much sense. Unless they’ve got enough dirt on a few more of the GOP to get them to also resign so the Dems can take over Congress again, it makes little to no sense. The Times is just on another witch hunt. They’re actually getting pretty good at it.

The simple truth is, no, Santos is no American hero. He lied. And he should be punished for it some how and I think he will be. I don’t think he’ll ever win reelection. But as to whether or not he should resign because it was found out he lied on his bio after the election? Based on the group we’ve got in DC right now, I’d say he’ll fit in and be right at home!

Biden’s Growing Frustration

Joe Biden isn’t a happy man. He’s becoming more and more frustrated with the media. Oh, I know. Most presidents say the same thing at some point in their presidency. Even the uber-liberal press at some point desires meat to eat and wants to gore the Commander-In-Chief. But Biden can’t figure out why the three major TV networks, the New York Times, Washington Post, and other print rags, and cable news outlets like MSNBC and CNN are continuing to roast him.

Maybe it’s incompetence?

I mean, let’s look at the facts. Biden wants to blame the rest of the world for the high inflation. In reality, while the world is suffering from inflation as we are, it was caused by two things. The first was the over-spending without showing a need during COVID. Now, I’m not saying that some people that lost their paychecks and their jobs during the shutdown weren’t needing some relief. They were. I wasn’t. And I still got a couple thousand dollars stuffed into my bank account, even though I was doing just fine. That falls on both Biden and Donald Trump. They could have means-tested it before sending out the checks, but they didn’t. The second thing that caused the US inflation rate to spike was Biden’s insistence on spending money hand over fist to “Build Back Better”, and when that didn’t work, to pass some inflation reduction act that does nothing of the sort. In fact, it adds to the inflation rate for the next ten years.

Next up, you’ve got the country pissed at Biden because of historically high gas prices. Biden wants to blame this on COVID as well. And he wants to blame it on Vladimir Putin’s war in Ukraine. But Biden is the one that shut down the Keystone XL Pipeline on his first day in office. It wasn’t COVID, and it wasn’t Putin. In fact, gas prices started their upward spike on January 21, 2021. That was long before Putin thought of invading Ukraine. That one was all on Joe Biden. In the meantime, he’s decided to dwindle down our strategic petroleum reserves to the tune of over a million barrels of oil a day. And instead of allowing the oil companies greater freedom to drill, he’s tamped down the process, slow walked the approvals, and has tried to switch to an electric vehicle economy, even though we are decades away from having the technology to deal with it.

Biden’s handling of foreign affairs aren’t any better. He put K-baby Harris in charge of the Southern Border Crisis, because he didn’t want to leave the White House or do something that required actual work. It was too far over her head to even understand the problem, much less do anything about it. And of course, the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan killing 13 US Servicemen and women still stings over a year later, not to mention leaving hundreds of Americans behind, and thousands of Afghans that were helpful to our cause during the decade we were there. Now throw in the fact that Biden goes hat in hand to the Saudi’s to try and get them to increase oil production so he can brag about it prior to the midterms, and then try to get Iran to re-open discussions on Obama’s failed Iran Nuclear deal, and you’ve got someone that has been on the wrong side of every issue for a half a century.

Does Joe Biden have a leg to stand on to complain about how the media are handling him? It was much better when Jen “Circle Back” Psaki was the Press Secretary. She was at least able to deflect and handle the criticism at the podium in the press room. Karine Jean-Pierre isn’t even able to look the reporters in the eye when she reads the scripted answers to their questions. And she’s been caught in more lies than Pinocchio from the podium. This is a classic case on hiring someone for the job because of their sexual orientation, the color of their skin, and their gender, rather than their ability to actually do the job!

Sorry Joe. You don’t have anything to complain about. The press turning against you is long overdue. Maybe if you tried putting policies in place that actually helped America, you’d find the press corps more willing to be your partner? Just sayin’!

Are The “Warning Signs” Real?

The New York Times came out with a piece last week about how the warning signs are showing up again for the Democrats. The “warning signs” they were talking about were the poll numbers that weren’t very accurate the last few election cycles, and there’s a good reason for that. But are they actual warning signs for the Dems this time around?

The first thing that most (not all) of these polls do is over-sample Democrats. I’ve seen polls where as high as 46% were registered Democrats. In actuality, it’s nowhere near that much. According to statistics from states, only 24% of voters identify as Republican. 28% identify as Democrats, and 46% identify as independents.

Second, you have to take a really hard look at who is doing the poll, and what has their track record been in the past. While there were some that were accurate prior to 2016 (before Trump beat Clinton), they have fallen off quite a bit in the last five or six years. Zogby is one of those polls. Emerson and Harris are also pretty liberal.

Third, take a look at what happened in 2016, 2018, and 2020 versus what the polls said would happen. Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Michigan all over-played a Biden win and predicted Democrat wins in 2016 and 2018, by several points. In some states it was a percentage point or less, and they had Biden winning by as many as eight points! The same polls had Florida and North Carolina going to Biden right up until the election in 2020, but he ended up losing both states to Trump. And Texas, Iowa, and Ohio were all close enough to be called “toss-up” states in the polls, but were comfortably in Trump’s corner in 2020.

We’re seeing some huge Democrat leads in a lot of the polling right now, especially in the Senate races. That would concern most Republicans, and even has led to Mitch McConnell calling the field of candidates “weak”. And in a lot of cases, he’s probably right. But the races in pretty much all of the Senate races are tightening to the point where maybe the Dems won’t expand their lead in the Senate. Maybe they won’t end up with a lead in the Senate at all. Here in Arizona, Blake Masters has closed the gap on Mark Kelly to within the margin of error in the last two weeks after being down by 11 points earlier.

In Pennsylvania, what was once a John Fetterman 13 point lead over Mehmet Oz is down to 4 points. In Florida, Val Demings had a slim lead over Marco Rubio, but that’s disappeared, and now Rubio leads by 3. In Georgia, Herschel Walker was down by 4-6 points to Raphael Warnock by now has been leading for the last two weeks. Catherine Cortez Masto once led Republican Adam Laxalt by 7-10 points. Now it’s down to 1 to 2 points, well within the margin of error. North Carolina has Ted Budd now leading Cheri Beasley by 3 points. He was behind by the same amount.

The generic ballot over in the House is another indicator that polls aren’t working. Between 1996 and 2020, the generic ballot (which Rasmussen now gives to the GOP by 4 points) was off in all but two of the 13 elections. In 2008, Democrats did 2 points better than the polls indicated, and in 2018, they did exactly what the polls indicated. Other than that the polling heavily favored the Democrats and Republicans out-performed the polls significantly. So, a GOP by 4 point lead tells me that it’s going to be a huge GOP win. The last time it was even more than one or two points for the GOP, was 2010 when the GOP took back the House during the Obama administration.

So, overall, I would have to agree the New York Times election analyst, Nate Cohn that states that are showing large Democrat wins right now, like Wisconsin, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, may just be a mirage. We can only hope!

EXTRA! Stelter OUT At CNN

It really shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. Brian Stelter, the flamboyant, host of “Reliable Sources” got canned today at CNN. The program, which has lasted some 30 years also was cancelled.

Stelter as of late was trying to smooch up to new CEO, Chris Licht’s vision of a milder, more moderate and unbiased approach to news. He recently had slammed Democrats and the left on various topics, trying to show Licht that he could do what was required to fit the new CNN model.

It wasn’t enough.

Stelter came to CNN some nine years ago after leaving the New York Times as a media reporter. He clashed with several less than socialist media members and had a fire-brand approach to his show that the left-leaning snowflakes adored. They loved it when he bashed Donald Trump for four years.

But Stelter’s ratings had taken a beating lately. He was trying to fit in and just couldn’t do it. He actually looked tired and beat up every time he went on the air.

He was let go with the obligatory, “He is the greatest journalist that ever lived” crap that networks are prone to throw out to the world hoping that it makes it look like everything was hunky-dory between the two. But it wasn’t to be. Pretty much anyone that was the slightest bit tuned in to CNN over the past year or two could have written this one!

Stelter’s last show will be on August 21st (this Sunday).

You Know It’s Bad When…

Somehow, and I can’t for the life of me figure out how, Joe Biden can’t get a win. Regardless what he does, regardless what he says, regardless if he stumbles or not, the guy just can’t connect with the American people. Hell, he can’t even connect to members of his own party, much less the media.

And you know it’s bad when the old grey lady of journalism, the New York Times questions Biden’s abilities to lead. And they have.

Oh, it was a couple of weeks ago, but liberal news media outlets all over the country have begun to dump on Biden. The NYT released a report saying that Biden may be too old to lead the country, shuffles his feet, and mumbles incoherently. I think what started it all is when the White House had to reschedule Biden’s trip to Saudi Arabia, basically because it was too stressful on the President to make the 10 day trek to beg for more Saudi oil (when he himself has shut down drilling in this country).

You see it pretty much everywhere in everything Biden does. He has to have cheat cards when addressing the press. He uses them to find his seat, to say “Hello!”, or to leave an event. He needs an Easter Bunny to lead him away from reporters and to keep him from talking policy. You see him reading a teleprompter commanding him to “repeat the line” and he actually reads, “repeat the line”, as if he didn’t know it was an instruction, not part of his speech.

And that brings me to a point that I’ve had to think about long and hard. What does Joe Biden think about in the deep, dark recesses of his mind when he is alone? Do you think he actually is aware that he is in way over his head and that he’s not able to get his head above water? Is there any staff, or even his wife, that tells him about the mistakes that he’s making? Or, as I suspect, are they covering for him and tell him what a great job he’s doing? I do feel sorry in a way for Biden, at least to the point that he’s got to wonder how a 50 year political career can come crashing down in a heap of garbage like it has.

And the same goes for the K-baby. Do you think K-baby Harris actually hears what the press is saying about her, how she can’t say anything without creating a “word salad”? She has to hear how the commentators, even at CNN and MSNBC and the three major networks berate her and tell the world how bad of a job she’s doing at the border, or in Ukraine, or how every time she opens her mouth, there’s more garbage coming out than real useful speech. I don’t think K-baby is actually that stupid. I never thought Dan Quayle was that stupid. But you’d never know it by her actions, her words, and her mis-steps. She’s so filled with gaffes we could start calling her Joe Jr.

It’s sad, truly sad then the media turns on a president. I’ve seen it happen a few times, and when it does it speaks volumes about what a poor job the person is doing. I’ve never seen it done to this level however. Never before have I witnessed a political party where the majority doesn’t want their sitting president to run for reelection because they want to save the embarrassment of him losing, and save the party the embarrassment of becoming a non-factor in government. But that’s what’s happening now. I know it’s happened in the past. In fact it’s happened five times in the past. But four of the five times, the president failing to get the nomination was stepping in for a president who had died in office. The only elected president to not get a nomination to continue was Franklin Pierce. His stance on slavery did him in…not his incompetence in leadership.

And when the New York Times turns it’s back on you, you’re toast. It’s reached catastrophic levels. And it’s only been 19 months in office! I wish my crystal ball hadn’t stopped working!

Quickest Way To Having The Media Turn On You

Joe Biden has been in a tailspin for months. It’s obvious that the folks that are running this country (and according to Rasmussen, that’s now a majority of Americans who believe someone other than Biden is in charge) are unable to get the ship righted. There’s a pretty good reason for that.

You can blame it on the media.

That’s right. You can blame it on places like the New York Times, the Washington Post, NPR, MSNBC, and even CNN. And why would these liberal snowflake networks and “news” outlets turn on their guy in the White House? It’s because the people that are handling Joe Biden aren’t given the left-wing mainstream media types the access that they feel they deserve. Let’s look at the numbers.

At this point in the Obama presidency, Bobo had done 131 one-on-one interviews. Hell, he was being interviewed by the homeless people in Lafayette Park. He’d talk to everybody and anybody. The press loved that! And you saw that the press gave him basically free reign to do what he wanted to. Donald Trump had 57 one-on-one interviews at this time in his presidency. The main reason Trump wasn’t as highly rated as Obama was because he called the press out on the crappy questions they were known to hit him with. He had no problem telling the reporters that they worked for lousy organizations, and that they were biased. Reporters don’t like to hear that (even though they know it’s the truth). And what about Joe Biden? Since he’s been in office, he’s averaged about one one-on-one interview a month. That’s 10 total.

When the press feels that you’re restricting their access to the top dog, they don’t feel they can do their job appropriately. When Biden doesn’t sit down with people, the media has nothing to talk about. There is no ego stroke for the reporters, and there is nothing “exclusive” going on. This “teleprompter president” has taken the media out of the mix. That’s something they aren’t used to, nor something they like.

And you’ve started to see the results. When you turn your back on the media, they begin turning on you. And the negative stories about crappy supply chains, and shortages in store shelves, no Christmas presents for the kiddies, bad happenings at the southern border, a lousy economy, terrible jobs numbers, lies about getting rid of student loan debt, and then not following through with it, it’s all fodder for the media. Oh, they’d LOVE to write something positive. But since Biden can’t be trusted to get a cogent speech across to them, he has to be muzzled. And that’s what the media doesn’t want.

As someone that has interviewed thousands of people in my career, both famous and non-famous, I can tell you that if you’re going to be interviewed and you have nothing interesting to say, you are going to have a short interview. If the person doing the interview feels that they can’t get something compelling and exciting out of you, it’s going to be wrapped up quickly and the interview will never see the light of day. That’s exactly what’s happening to Joe Biden.

And Biden seems content with that. Of course, when he doesn’t sit down with the media, the media make up their own stories, and not all of them are going to be positive. In fact, most of them won’t have anything positive in them.

Maybe it’s a good thing that Biden’s handlers aren’t letting him sit down with the press. I mean, I’m not sure what is worse, a president that stumbles his way through an interview and makes gaffe after gaffe, or a president that won’t sit down with the media, and they take it out on him by writing less than positive stories about him. Either way, you see what’s happening to his approval rating (now in the 30’s).

Time For CNN To Bounce Cuomo?

I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for media companies that are loyal to their employees. Now, saying that, realize that not every media employee is a gem. There are an awful lot of them that are really rank. I can say that there were times in my career when something I said or did was actually supported by upper management, even though it may have been, shall we say, questionable? But I appreciated them telling whomever was coming after me that they supported me. They could tell that I was overall an asset to the company, not a detriment, and if I screwed up on this occasion, I may get a talking to, but I wasn’t going to get fired.

So, it’s with that little backstory that I can say, I fully understand CNN wanting to continue to support Chris Cuomo. He’s got a decent sized (though shrinking) audience on their news channel. And he’s been loyal to them, even if he’s made a mockery of journalism with what he’s done regarding his brothers problems in New York.

But I think there comes a time when you have to ask yourself as a corporation, is this still good to back this guy or is it time to cut him loose? That time is here for CNN.

Every major media outlet everywhere has asked that question at least once in their life cycle. I have known some very good people who got bounced for very bad reasons. I worked with a guy who was doing a morning show, that got into trouble because something he said was misconstrued by the NAACP. It took several meetings, lots of hand wringing and eventually, he was let go. What he said wasn’t that bad, it was the way it was said.

And then you’ve got several folks even at the conservative Fox News that have been let go for their stances. Usually it’s for sexual abuse at that news channel, but there are other things. Roger Ailes, the guy that was at the top forever at Fox News had it happen to him. So did Eric Bolling, Bill O’Reilly, and others. And still others like Glenn Beck got into trouble for other reasons and were bounced from the network. There were several “contributors” that also got bounced, most recently Judge Andrew Nepolitano. Usually their contracts aren’t renewed and they silently slip away without notice. It’s only when you find them at CBS or MSNBC that you find that they’ve been booted.

But it’s time for CNN to decide to let Chris Cuomo go. It’s reached the point, as Andrew departs office this week, that he is no longer an asset to their struggling network. With the network now turning on Joe Biden for his totally insipid and monstrously bad decisions regarding Afghanistan, the southern border, and COVID, it may be time to bring someone fresh in to replace Cuomo. He’s been given enough leeway to last a lifetime. His lifeline has pretty much reached the breaking point.

And it could very well be time for CNN to change it’s political philosophy. I’m not saying they need to be conservative. They certainly don’t need to become another Newsmax. But it could very well be that they could use this whole Biden administration screw up and Andrew Cuomo resignation to examine whether or not they want to stay in bed with Democrats and liberals. The same could be said about MSNBC, who is having a very hard time convincing Morning Joe and his wife that they need to stop crawling into bed with the socialists. Maybe it’s time to get a little bit more back to “normal” journalism, and a lot less of screaming meemies!

It would be nice if the broadcast networks, all of whom jumped on the anti-Trump train, as well as the NY Times, the Washington Post, and the cable news idiots at CNN and MSNBC returned to the day of unbiased news reporting. I don’t need anyone telling me how to interpret the news. I can certainly do that myself. Just report it and let me decide. After all, isn’t that what vaulted Fox News to the top of the cable news heap to begin with? Maybe there’s something to that philosophy?

Media Fearing Life After Trump

Donald Trump has been the best friend of this country’s media over the past five years (including the run up to the 2016 election). Now, I know that statement is going to get a lot of you probably shaking your heads or wondering if I’m having Irish Coffee (and a lot of it) this morning. But it’s true.

The media cares about one thing and one thing only. High ratings and also read that as high subscription rates or readers. That’s it. Because without high ratings, media can’t sell advertising. Without advertising, there isn’t enough scratch to employ more than a janitor or two. The wicked truth is, media doesn’t work if there aren’t people there to pay for it. And when you have the explosion of media that we’ve had over the past decade, most of it thanks to the internet, you have spread the available advertising dollars out pretty thin.

Now, take Donald Trump OUT of the equation. What are the media like CNN, MSNBC, The New York Times and Washington Post going to be talking and writing about? Worse yet, are their viewers or readers going to want to tune in or subscribe to hear the Kumbaya messages that are going to be coming out of the Biden White House, especially if let’s say a recession hits? Of course not.

Put gently, the media are expecting a rather major decline in viewership and readership over the next four years. CNN and MSNBC are already planning for it. The Washington Post is trying to dig deeper in finding juicy salacious stories by hiring 1,000 new reporters! Can you imagine how long they are going to last if advertising and readership goes the way of the rest of the media? It’s a last gasp of a dying newspaper to try and resuscitate itself. And trust me…I’ve seen this happen hundreds of times…it won’t work.

Print is already a dead medium. And broadcast radio and television stations aren’t far behind. I’ve mentioned several times that streaming is the way of the future. Even cable companies have realized that people don’t want their telephone or television services any longer. They’re opting for their high-speed internet instead. And the cable news channels like CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News know without a personality like Donald Trump, they are going to have a lot less to cover! It’s like taking Johnny Carson out of the Tonight Show and replacing him with Tommy Newsom (that will only make sense to you if you were at least 15 years old in 1990!)

So what does that mean for us “regular” folk? Pretty much you should get ready for a couple of things to happen. The loss of viewership and readership will mean a huge decline in ratings. That will in turn mean a loss of advertising revenue as advertisers flock to the internet and streaming. That means that not everyone is going to survive, so look for behemoths like CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC to look for suitors to buy them out or to merge with someone else. And no one can guess if they’ll still have the same political bent when the smoke clears. It’s coming…even Richard Wolffe, a former executive at MSNBC thinks so. He told thewrap.com, “The ratings are going to collapse. You don’t have to be a genius or an experienced executive to figure that out.” Just a matter of time!

The Rosenstein Conundrum

If you’re a fan of ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, CNBC, or the likes of the New York Times, or Washington Post or some such nonsense, you probably missed it. That’s because they didn’t cover it. But Rod Rosenstein testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee a week ago. He was talking about something that the above mentioned news outlets wallowed in for three and a half years, and used over 2,200 minutes of airtime and over 46,000 column inches of newsprint to cover. Yet they failed to mention it for one second. Not one column inch mentioned his name. What am I talking about?

Russian Collusion.

It was the heartbeat of American media for three years. Every single media outlet in the country fed it to us like a lion feeding a starving cub. And yet, when Rod Rosenstein, one of the central figures in the whole affair came forward to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee on June 3rd, all you heard were crickets. All you saw in the newspaper was white-space.

But why?

Well the reason is, that since all of Adam Schiff’s committee’s testimonies were made public, and we found out that all of the Obama administration officials that testified before that committee lied to the press, lied to America, and probably lied to themselves when it came to Russian collusion, the fact was they weren’t about to risk going to jail for lying to Congress. They came clean and all of them said they hadn’t heard a word about Russian collusion or seen any proof of it. And Rod Rosenstein basically said the same thing. He hadn’t heard of the Hillary Clinton campaign paying for the Steele documents that supposedly indicted Donald Trump as a Russian spy. He hadn’t heard much about what was actually happening at the FBI regarding the railroading of Trump. In fact, he was pretty much stuck in the broom closet on that one.

And this is why the media decided to skip this one…that it wasn’t “fit to print”. And it was because after screaming for three years that the Russian collusion scandal was worse than Watergate, and that Trump shouldn’t only be impeached and removed from office, he should be put to death for treason!, they still have their tales between their legs. Well, their reasoning is, that the Senate should have known better to hold these hearings with all of the police brutality and peaceful protests going on over the whole George Floyd thing. They want us to believe they’ve most past this. Yes, I would think they’d want to.

And my point to all of this is, you cannot and should not trust a damn word coming out of those mentioned media. They have lied to you for their political gain, and that’s the ONLY reason they made up stories, lied to you and fed you lies from the Obama administration. It was all done for politics. There wasn’t anything to see. And once again, Donald Trump was right when it comes to this sort of stuff. It was the biggest scandal in American history. Yes, this whole charade WAS bigger than Watergate, but unfortunately for the left, it was the Democrats that were guilty this time. It was the Democrats that were treasonous and tried to bring down a duly elected President who had done nothing wrong.

Now, the big question is, what is the punishment going to be? How is the media going to be made to atone for their actions? How do you rectify the lies and the made up stories? How do you admonish the Obama administration, and from what I’m hearing it went all the way to Bobo Obama himself? Do you send the people, including Biden and Obama to jail? Do you fine them tens of millions of dollars each for the fraud they perpetrated on the American public? What is an apt punishment?

First and foremost, worse than any punishment any court can throw at them, they should have lost all of the credibility they had spent their entirety building up. No American should trust them or look at them as a source of news again. All of the networks should shut down their news operations immediately, and the Times and the Post, and all of those newspaper rags should be put out of business (they’re heading that way anyway!)

Unless and until the left is made to suffer the consequences of their actions, their actions won’t just continue, they’ll only intensify. And that is something that will destroy America. We need to wake up and wake up now. George Floyd’s death was a tragedy, but it is nothing compared to what the media and the Obama administration pulled on America!

Carry on world, you’re dismissed!
